My key does not work

Solution

Your unlock key will only work on 1 computer.  If you never used it you can click the link in your receipt email from us and get it or open a new ticket and we will confirm you haven't used it and send you a reminder.

It is easiest to copy and paste the key from your email into your software.  You can simple click the register button on the left menu of Turbo and then paste your key into the software.

If you're a current customer we can offer a discount for more computers.  Just open a new ticket requesting it.
